• BE ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING: WE HAVE BEEN CONDITIONED TO RUSH AND BE IMPULSIVE. HOWEVER IMPROPER PREPARATION AND QUICK DECISION ONLY CAUSE MOMENTARY FIX OR ACCIDENT. WHEN YOU FEEL PRESSURE TO MAKE A RAPID DECISION OR MOVEMENT, CHOOSE TO BE STILL AND SILENT SO U CAN HEAR AND SEE.

HER STORY "BE POWER"

• YESTERDAY "HER"STORY WAS MADE FOR LADY TOMIKA... ALL MY LIFE I HAVE DESIRED TO BE THE CHANGE I WANTED TO SEE, EVEN WHEN I DID NOT KNOW WHAT IT WAS CALLED.. I REFLECTED BACK TO MY YOUTH, GROWING UP IN AREA WHERE STEALING CARS WAS MAJOR.. AND I REMEMBER LOSING A FRIEND ONE SUMMER WHEN I WAS ON VACATION IN CALI.. A YOUNG MAN JUST GRADUATED FROM ELEMENTARY SCHOOL WAS DEAD 1 MONTH AFTER GRADUATION.. HE WAS MY FRIEND, MY NEIGHBOR AND HE WAS DEAD.. WITH MY HEART BROKEN BY THIS LOST, I DECIDED THAT I DID NOT WANT TO LOSE ANY MORE OF MY FRIENDS. SO I WOULD DO ANYTHING IN MY POWER TO KEEP THIS FROM HAPPEN, EVEN DATING SOMEONE TO KEEP THEM ALIVE. I THINK I DATED TWO UNAPPROVED GUYS JUST TO KEEP THEM ALIVE. TWENTY-ONE YEARS LATER I CONNECTED WITH ONE OF THEM WHO REMINDED ME THAT THE LAST TIME I SAW HIM, HE WAS IN A STOLEN CAR.. 

  
  

  WOW! FOR MANY YEARS MY DESIRE TO HELP NEVER DIED AND ALLOW ME TO FOLLOW MY  DREAMS IN MANY CAPACITIES; AS A SUBSTITUTE TEACHER, DETENTION OFFICER, YOUTH ADVOCATE, MENTOR, PROGRAM COORDINATOR, LIFE COACH, SISTER, AND MOM... TO THIS DAY I STILL HAVE A DESIRE TO HELP PEOPLE "BE" BETTER.. YESTERDAY MY DREAM BECAME A REALITY AGAIN.. "BE POWER" PROGRAM CAME ALIVE.. A 8 WEEK PROGRAM TO PROMOTE HEALTHY LIVING WAS BIRTH..AND "HER"STORY WAS MADE...LADY TOMIKA GOT "BE POWER!" 

Be LOVE

So many people struggle with this experience called Love because what was expected about love became a disappointment to them in their life.. However if the truth BE told, we are LOVE.. We were created in and with Love, even if those who we came thru did not display or exhibit love.. When you were created, the Creator thought of LOVE.. Dont let the NOUNS, (people, places and things) in life alter who you BE.. "BE LOVE"...

I LIVE Being LIFE!

• I was thinking all week about life and I read two post this week that were great expressions of this human experience I am journeying.. I read from a wise man post "Are you living, surviving or just getting by".. Jibreel Muse'ic.  And this question had me thinking and desiring to respond to this question.. So my response to My Source is, "I WANT TO LIVE".. Then I took a nap and rested in my answer..

  
  

  Yesterday, as I was sharing space and time with 1 of my princess, I received a call. And this person on other end began to share with me about her weekend.. And during her weekend, how she lost a friend, who was in her early 40s, leaving her husband and seven children.. And the question came to me again.. Are you living, surviving or just getting by?  And my response this time was "Thank You God For MY LIFE"..

  
  

  This morning I embraced Dr Doug's posted and reposted as my status.. The Dalai Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity answered, “Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.” Is this me that the Dalai Lama and Jibreel Muse'ic speaks of..What is LIVING to ME?  Am I Living, Surviving or Just Getting By? Am I anxious for the future that I dont enjoy the present? Will I die 1 death or will I die repeatedly in life because I am not LIVING NOW? Did I FORGET MY CENTER? DId I forget that I AM A SPIRITUAL BEING HAVING A HUMAN EXPERIENCE?

  
  

  Everyday that SPIRIT grace me with "ANOTHER 24" is LIFE..  What I experience in LIFE, I CHOOSE.. So what do I choose, I CHOOSE TO LIVE LIFE EXPERIENCING LOVE, PEACE, JOY, HARMONY, GREAT HEALTH, ABUNDANCE, BALANCE, BEAUTY, CREATIVITY, FREEDOM, LIGHT, TRUTH, ENERGY, WISDOM, PROSPERITY... I AM
